Terms of Service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NoNada Wallet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Description of Service
NoNada Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet integrated with Telegram that allows users to:
- Store and manage cryptocurrency across multiple blockchains
- Send and receive digital assets
- Purchase cryptocurrency using fiat currency via Stripe (subject to Stripe’s terms and KYC requirements)
- Deposit cryptocurrency to third-party gaming and entertainment platforms
- Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
- View transaction history and portfolio balance
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet
NoNada Wallet is a non-custodial service. This means:
- You control your private keys: We do not store, access, or have control over your private keys or recovery phrases.
- You are responsible for security: You must safeguard your recovery phrase and private keys. If lost, we cannot recover them.
- Transactions are irreversible: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
- No refunds: We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions.
4. User Eligibility and Compliance
4.1 Geographic Restrictions
NoNada Wallet services are primarily available to users located in the United States, Canada, and the European Union (EEA). We use geo-blocking technology to ensure users from restricted or unsupported regions cannot access our services.
Restricted Jurisdictions: We do not provide services to users located in or operating from the following OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions and regions:
- Cuba
- Syria
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
4.2 Prohibited Business Activities
We do not accept users or business entities involved in the following high-risk industries and activities:
- Unlicensed or illegal gambling operations (users are responsible for ensuring gaming platforms comply with their local laws)
- Adult content and services
- Unregulated pharmaceutical sales
- Illegal weapons or explosives
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud or deceptive practices
- Sanctions evasion activities
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
4.3 Self-Custody and Third-Party Verification
NoNada Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, take custody of, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrase, or funds. We do not perform identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening as a precondition to creating or using a NoNada Wallet.
Some features integrate with third-party providers (for example, fiat on-ramp providers such as Stripe and MoonPay). Those third parties perform their own identity verification, KYC, and sanctions screening under their own terms, independently of NoNada Wallet. If you elect to use such a feature, you may be required to complete that third-party verification before proceeding. We do not receive or store the identity documents you provide to those third parties.
You remain solely responsible for the lawfulness of your own use of NoNada Wallet in your jurisdiction. We may, in limited circumstances, restrict access to specific features from specific regions where compliance, legal, or platform policy obligations require it; those restrictions are surfaced at the point of use rather than as a global precondition.
4.4 General User Responsibilities
By using NoNada Wallet, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not be located in or operating from a restricted jurisdiction
- Not be engaged in prohibited business activities
- Complete any KYC or sanctions checks required by third-party providers (such as fiat on-ramps) when you elect to use those features
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your recovery phrase and private keys
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
- Verify all transaction details before confirming (recipient address, amount, network)
- Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
- Certify that you do not support or otherwise conduct transactions with direct or indirect connections to high-risk countries and regions
5. Account Monitoring
NoNada Wallet uses automated monitoring on its public infrastructure to detect abuse of the service itself (rate-limit evasion, attempts to bypass transaction-safety controls, and on-chain anomaly signals on the relayer wallet). Specifically, we may:
- Monitor request patterns to NoNada-operated endpoints for abuse signals
- Apply rate limits and per-account abuse blocks to NoNada-operated routes
- Place temporary restrictions on a session pending review of detected abuse
- Suspend or terminate access to NoNada-operated services if we detect violations of these Terms
Because NoNada Wallet is non-custodial (see §4.3), we cannot freeze your funds, reverse a transaction, or compel you to provide identity documents to us. Where identity verification is required for a specific feature (for example, fiat on-ramp via Stripe or MoonPay), that verification is performed by the third-party provider under their own terms and we do not receive or store the documents you provide to them.
6. Fees and Gas Costs
Creating a NoNada Wallet and holding assets in it is free. Sending, swapping, and other on-chain transactions incur two categories of fees:
- Platform fees: NoNada Wallet charges a platform fee on transactions to support ongoing development and infrastructure. The standard rate is 0.5% on standard-speed transactions and 1.0% on instant transactions, with a small minimum floor (approximately $0.007 equivalent on most chains). The same structure applies across all supported chains. The canonical schedule is defined in our codebase and may be updated; current rates are surfaced in the wallet UI at the time you initiate a transaction.
- Network fees (gas): All blockchain transactions require network fees paid to validators. These fees vary by network and congestion and are not paid to NoNada Wallet.
- Third-party fees: Certain features (swaps via Jupiter or 1inch, fiat on-ramp via Stripe or MoonPay) may involve additional third-party service fees disclosed by those providers at the point of use.
- Fee optimization: We attempt to optimize the gas portion of transactions but cannot guarantee the lowest possible fees at all times.
7. Fiat-to-Crypto Purchases (Stripe)
NoNada Wallet integrates with Stripe’s fiat-to-crypto onramp service to allow you to purchase cryptocurrency using fiat currency (credit card, debit card, ACH, or Apple Pay). By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree:
- Stripe is the merchant of record: Stripe processes all fiat-to-crypto transactions and is the legal entity responsible for the sale. NoNada Wallet does not process, hold, or have access to your payment card details.
- KYC/Identity verification: Stripe may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing purchases. This is required by law and handled securely by Stripe.
- Stripe’s terms apply: Fiat-to-crypto purchases are subject to Stripe’s Consumer Terms of Service and Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Geographic availability: Stripe crypto purchases are available in the US and EU only. Availability of specific cryptocurrencies may vary by region.
- Disputes and refunds: For any issues with fiat-to-crypto transactions, contact Stripe directly. Stripe handles all disputes, chargebacks, and refunds for these transactions.
- Exchange rates: Cryptocurrency exchange rates are determined by Stripe at the time of purchase and may differ from market rates.
8. Casino & Gaming Platform Deposits
NoNada Wallet allows you to deposit cryptocurrency to third-party gaming and entertainment platforms (“Casino Deposits”). By using this feature:
- Third-party platforms: NoNada Wallet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party gaming platform. Deposits are sent directly to the blockchain address you provide or link.
- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. NoNada Wallet does not verify the legality of gaming activities in your location.
- Irreversible transactions: Casino deposits are standard blockchain transactions and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by NoNada Wallet.
- Linked accounts: When you link a casino account, you provide the deposit address from the gaming platform. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct. NoNada Wallet is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
- Platform fees: A service fee (displayed before confirmation) applies to instant casino deposits via RapidPulse.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use casino deposit features.
- Responsible gaming: If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.
9. Risks and Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks:
- Price volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically.
- Irreversible transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be undone once confirmed.
- Network risks: Blockchain networks may experience downtime, congestion, or forks.
- Smart contract risks: Interacting with dApps involves smart contract risks beyond our control.
- Regulatory changes: Cryptocurrency regulations may change and affect service availability.
- Loss of funds: If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds will be permanently inaccessible.
You accept these risks by using the Service. We are not liable for any losses incurred.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- NoNada Wallet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for losses due to user error, forgotten passwords, or lost recovery phrases
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for third-party services, blockchain network issues, or smart contract vulnerabilities
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with NoNada Wallet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or any illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. As a non-custodial wallet, you will retain access to your funds via your recovery phrase even after termination.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoNada Wallet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NoNada Wallet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Compliance Attestation
By using NoNada Wallet, you attest that:
- You do not support or otherwise conduct transactions with direct or indirect connections to high-risk countries and regions listed in Section 4.1
- You are not engaged in any prohibited business activities as listed in Section 4.2
- Where a feature you elect to use requires third-party identity verification (for example, fiat on-ramp via Stripe or MoonPay), the information you provide to that third party is accurate and truthful. NoNada Wallet does not collect identity verification documents from you.
- You understand and accept these Terms of Service and all compliance requirements
- You will immediately notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility to use our services
- You are of legal age to use cryptocurrency and gaming services in your jurisdiction
Failure to comply with these attestations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
