Frequently Asked Questions
Is NoNada Wallet really free to use?
NoNada Wallet is free to download and create a wallet with. Sending transactions incurs two fees: (1) standard blockchain network fees (gas) which go to the network, and (2) a NoNada platform fee of 0.5% on standard-speed transactions or 1% on instant transactions, with a small minimum floor (~$0.007 equivalent on most chains). See the transaction-fees FAQ below for details.
How do I recover my wallet if I lose access to Telegram?
When you create your wallet, you receive a 12 or 24-word recovery phrase. Save this phrase securely offline. You can use it to restore your wallet on any device, even without access to your original Telegram account.
What chains does NoNada Wallet support?
We target Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Optimism. Solana is the most mature path; EVM and other chains are in beta. See the Feature Maturity Matrix in our README for the current per-chain status.
Is my private key stored on Telegram servers?
No. Your private keys are encrypted and stored only on your device. NoNada Wallet uses a non-custodial architecture, meaning only you have access to your keys and funds. Telegram never sees your private keys.
Can I use NoNada Wallet on multiple devices?
Yes! You can access your wallet from any device where you're logged into Telegram. Your encrypted keys sync securely across devices. Alternatively, you can import your wallet using your recovery phrase.
What are the transaction fees?
Two fees apply to every send or swap: (1) standard blockchain network fees (gas) that vary by chain and congestion, paid to the network, and (2) a NoNada platform fee of 0.5% on standard-speed transactions or 1% on instant transactions. The platform fee has a minimum floor of approximately $0.007 equivalent on most chains. The same percentage structure applies across all supported chains (Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Celo, Tron, TON, Bitcoin). We automatically optimize the gas portion to help you save on network costs.
How does NoNada protect my keys?
NoNada is self-custodial: private keys are generated on your device, and your mnemonic is encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM and PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations). The server cannot access your keys or seed phrase. NoNada has not undergone a formal third-party security audit and is in beta. Multi-signature wallets and a funded bug bounty program are not yet available — security reports are handled via responsible disclosure (see SECURITY.md).
Can I integrate NoNada Wallet into my dApp?
NoNada exposes a Phantom-compatible provider through its browser extension. Public partner / SDK integrations are not yet generally available — the partner deposit / verify-deposit surface is still being scoped and hardened. Contact us if you'd like to discuss a private integration.
